This form includes space to indicate your program preferences, and questions about what your group will be studying in class or any areas of special interest.
STEP1 Please read through and complete the form, sign it, and FAX back to Stardome
STEP2 We will acknowledge receipt of your form and confirm your booking.
STEP3 A Stardome educator will contact you close to the time of your visit regarding the content of your programme.

2010 Session Prices
LEOTC Schools and Providers: $7 per student (one adult will be admitted free of charge per 8 students)
A minimum charge of $250 applies to groups of 35 students or less.
