And if you forget something on the day we may be able to assist you with the following, at a small charge.

Additional services:

Photocopying service	$0.10 cents per page
Flip charts	$6 each
Whiteboard, markers & pinboards	Free of charge

You may want to add staging, lighting, lecterns and additional sound. Theme the room with props and displays. Bring in additional furniture, or live entertainment.
