School Holiday Session Times

school holidays, star observatory

We’re taking the school holidays to the Space Station!

While we can’t create zero gravity, we can show why it’s important that astronauts wear space suits, how food was prepared for the trip to Space and how the toilet works on the International Space Station.

Have fun with other displays and interactive activities and catch a planetarium show. If the weather is nice we’ll try to reach the the ISS with water-powered rockets launched at the back of Stardome.

Monday 26 September – Friday 7 October

Each weekday, The Accidental Astronauts, Dream to Fly and Astronaut
